Free shipping is for orders over EUR 199 to anywhere in the world.

For orders under EUR 199 shipping is at the prices of courier companies.

DELIVERY CONDITIONS

Shipping prices are not valid when the MERCHANT has announced preferential conditions with free shipping. The cost of delivery is included in the total value of the invoice, except when the MERCHANT has announced preferential conditions with free delivery.

1. Deliveries are made in the geographical territory of the whole world, to an address to which there is easy and unimpeded access by truck. In the event that access by truck is difficult due to infrastructural or other reasons, the person making the delivery has the right to refuse delivery to an address. In case of refusal to make the delivery to an inaccessible address, the delivery will be made to predetermined locations according to the schedule announced on the Merchant's website.
2. Delivery is carried out via a courier company with which the MERCHANT has a contractual relationship, or by transport of the MERCHANT. In the case of personal selection of a courier company by the USER, with which the MERCHANT has no contractual relationship, the announced conditions for delivery and complaints are not valid.
3. Orders are delivered to an address specified by the customer at the front door of the building, provided access is provided either to the border of the yard or to the office of a courier company.
4. Delivery time in Bulgaria, Greece and Romania is 1-3 days, worldwide 2-5 day. The specified terms are applied in accordance with announced schedules for remote settlements and official holidays, when deliveries are not made by courier companies.
5. In case of delivery delay, the MERCHANT is obliged to notify the USER, regardless of the reasons for the delay.
6. The MERCHANT is not responsible for any delay caused by the actions of a courier or courier company.
7. The goods are handed over to the USER/REcipient against a signature certifying that the MERCHANT has fulfilled the order.
8. The USER/REcipient inspects the delivered goods for transport damage or other damages and makes claims in the presence of the courier or the person delivering the shipment.
9. By signing the delivery document, the USER authorizes the courier to transfer on his behalf to the MERCHANT the total value of the invoice for the delivered goods, if the payment method is cash on delivery.
10. If the USER cannot be found at the specified delivery address, through no fault of the MERCHANT, the person making the delivery leaves a message with a contact phone number, which the recipient should call within 24 hours to clarify a second attempt to delivery.
11. In the event that the USER does not make a connection to specify the delivery, the distance sales contract is automatically terminated and the MERCHANT is released from the obligation to deliver the order.
12. In the event that the USER refuses to accept the ordered goods, the distance sales contract is automatically terminated and the person making the delivery returns it to the MERCHANT.
13. The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes from the MERCHANT to the USER/REcipient at the moment when he or a person designated by him, other than the carrier, accepts the goods.
